I’m only 18 years old, almost 19. I have a terrible pain in my upper back since yesterday. It feels like I strained a muscle. I didn’t do anything strenuous. It just came on me all of a sudden. I can’t lie comfortably and when I laugh it hurts. Any suggestions what this might be? I got sunburn on my face yesterday as well but don’t know if that has anything to do with it.
