I find that when I use it, my joint pain goes away. When I discontinue it, the pain comes back in a few days. I used to have a lot of elbow and sholder pain, I think from working out. this is the only over the counter product that I have found that really works in getting the pain to go away. Since I have been using this regularly, I can go back working out and lifting weights and not have the haunting acehs and pain that I used to get before I started using it. I strongly recommend this product.

I have been using this product for about a year now because a co-worker recommended it to me. I used to have a lot of pain in my elbow and back. After using this for a few days straight, the pain would lesson considerably. Then when I stopped, the pain came back to the level that I had before using the product. My doctor says that there is no problem taking it continuously and I have found that if I simply take it daily then I get the most consistently nice results. I hope it works for you too.

I needed something for my ankle and sholder that was sore. This was the best buy out there and I found it worked much better than the products I have been trying for the last few years. I cant figure out why the price is so cheap though.
