Ah this is a big issue for me, I try traction (both hanging by arms and inverted) and posture attentiveness but doesn’t always help so much. Been thinking of trying out a girdle like Dr. Ho’s inflatable thingy.

@LillBabiBoo Is it possible for you to visit a chiropractisioner? In my case one of my disks in my neck got out of alignment as a child when I was dragged across the ground by a running horse, I hung upsidedown from a stirrup for a few seconds. Maybee you fell on your neck one time in your life and the same thing happened to you. When the disk dislocates I get neckpains, shoulderpains and head aches. When I visit the chiropractor it always helps, It’s manual manipulation, no surgery. Good luck

@mikelac23 as you described your pains it could be mechanical pain/myofascial pain or maybe due to some spinal changes. In any case it must be addressed otherwise can be developed in serious lower back disorder. Of course the best is to be examined by Dr. including radiological tests. In some cases bio mechanical neck disorders can be the reason for lower back pain. In any case my free lessons at selfmassagelessonsdotcom can only help.
Best wishes.

I have lower back pain while standing for too long or walking for an extended time. What do you recommend for mild pain? Also I would like to know your opinion of the Back2Life machine advertised on T.V. Thank you.

Dear @shimenga1.
This is not the real hernia, but in many cases are very significant strain that is causing partial tears of muscle fibers, tendons, fascia. On the my Self-DVD #5 I propose techniques that can stimulate healing process in inured groin area.
Best Wishes,
Boris

@HenryvKeiper Thank you. I am glad youve noticed. Indeed, Boris goal as educator is to promote his knowledge in self healing to as many people as possible. Nowadays, in view of failing economy and skyrocketing medical costs his purpose was to show that one can maintain health without fancy and expensive equipment, but with the help of items already existing in your household.
Best Regards,
MG

I love these “do it yourself” videos that you’ve been doing lately, using household appliances to assist people with muscle pain. I say this with the utmost respect: you’re like a MacGuyver masseuse

Dear @hallnoats4ever,
The purpose of this video is to show how Medical Massage protocols for Lower Back are implemented in self massage. If people dont have time and money for 15 to 20 visits to a rehabilitation facility Boris DVD is a very valuable alternative. We welcome you to watch the video, however your purpose for watching is. Yet, we reserve the judgment of what model to film and, which footage to show.
Respectfully
MG
