Using elbows on LBP is a no no, and will just serve to arrgrivate the underlying hypertonic muscle spasm, do these guys know what the stretch reflex response is? obviously not or they wouldn’t be doing this. FOLKS, IF YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH YOU- GOOGLE THOMAS GRINER- NEUROSOMA

@achat05 in most cases of “tender area” we are providing safe and successful therapy.tender area/ lower threshold of pain can be changed to much hire threshold of pain during first 15 minutes of procedure. When one perform massage techniques in inhibitory regime one closing “pain gate”within spinal cord.wouldn’t recommend no experiment after viewing this short fragment. This clips to relax and for general information to know about existentoptions for relief.
Best wishes.

Boris I loved all your videos these are extremely helpful. My husband met with an accident few years back and has developed a lower back pain since then. he has a sitting job @ work and he finds these techniques very relaxing. However I wanted to know if it is ok to experiment these lower back techniques on such a tender area?
