Very boring, but pause it at 10 seconds and you can see a disc in my neck pushing against my spine causing me great discomfort and continous pain.

@blueOctaficionado
I found a combination of Pregabalin and TENS to be the best way of remaining compos mentis whilst getting decent pain relief. Also physio excercises.
Things are much better for me now, but am leading a less active lifestyle. We’ll see next ski season

I have had 3 spinal surgeries and am still in alot of pain, what are your methods to alieve the pain. I have taken narcotic meds(oxycotin, morphine) and Ive tried injections but still have had no impact. Im just curious what you do for relief.

I feel for You. I have a seriously bulging disc between L4 and L5 in my lower back. Going into surgery August 12th. It’s the worst shit I have ever experienced. Hope You’re felling better.

Do you still have the hernias? Have you went through surgery ? How are you fairing now?
#12 by omgwtfbbqalekx on August 29th, 2010

Not only does it look like 2 hernias, it also looks like the gel that is the center of the muscles (discs) between each vertebrae, is also coming out of the discs. I have the same issue but not in my throat, mine are L3 and L4

Most of the time, we thought that surgery is the option we have to lose our back pain. The trick is to find the source of the back pain which I have shared in my blog.
