This just worked a small wonder on my upper back! I’d been in pain all week with what I can only describe as a joint being outta place and as soon as I tried this I felt a ‘pop’ and voila! Gone! I’ll be sure to keep doing this from now on as it feels perfect for getting a good stretch in the upper back. Thanks so much!!
